Clear and short — how your data is handled at Nevispar

Overview
Nevispar (an AI service for producing books and documents) needs limited information to provide the service. This policy explains what data is stored, why, whom it is shared with, and how you can delete it. Using Nevispar means you accept this policy.
1) What we collect
- Account information: username, mobile number (for one-time-code login) and, if you enter them, email and full name. Your password is stored only hashed and cannot be read by us.
- Your content: books, documents, sections, images and bibliographic information that you create or upload.
- Financial and usage information: transactions, ink packages, usage quotas and payment links (bank card details are never stored on our servers — payment happens on the bank gateway).
- Technical information: login sessions (tokens), usage logs (model and number of requests) for accounting and support, last activity time and IP address for security and abuse prevention.
- Local settings: interface language, wizard state and generation progress, kept in your own browser (cookies / local storage / IndexedDB).
2) Why we collect it
- Providing the service and producing the content you request.
- Authentication and account security (SMS one-time code, preventing unauthorized access).
- Ink accounting, plan quotas and financial transactions.
- Answering support tickets and fixing problems.
- Improving service quality statistically, without publishing your content.
We do not sell your data and we do not hand your information or content to others for advertising.
3) AI processing of your text
Nevispar's engine is built on language models. For every section that is generated or edited, part of your content and guidance is sent to the model provider so the text can be produced; the model's answer is returned and stored in your account.
- Usually the related sections plus a previous summary and your guidance (tone, characters, facts) are sent — not the whole book.
- Access to the model service goes through our server-side proxy; the service key is never placed in the browser.
- Model providers have their own terms and may process the submitted data to improve their models. So do not enter sensitive, confidential or other people's personal information.
4) Sharing with third parties
- AI model provider: to generate or edit text and images (section 3).
- SMS provider: only to send your login code.
- Payment gateways: to buy ink or a plan (ZarinPal and Bitcoin payment) — only as much as needed to complete the transaction.
- Server host: technical storage of the data.
- Sharing you choose yourself: if you share a book with another user, they can access only that book.
- Legal requirements: in response to a valid legal request, the minimum necessary information is provided.
5) Cookies and browser storage
- Session token: so you stay logged in on your next visit.
- Language and display settings: Persian / English / Arabic and appearance options.
- Work state and generation progress: in your browser's local storage / IndexedDB, so generation can continue if the page is closed.
Nevispar does not use advertising cookies or social network trackers for ad profiling. Clearing your browser data removes locally stored settings and progress (content saved in your account is not deleted).
6) Security
- Data is transferred over HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored only hashed.
- Sessions use tokens with an expiry, and you can log out of all devices.
- Staff access to data is limited and only for support or maintenance.
- Quota limits and token-based checks prevent abuse.
Even so, no system is completely secure; if you see any sign of unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and let us know.
7) Retention and deletion
- Your content is kept as long as your account is active.
- You can delete any book or document in your own panel (deletion also covers its versions and attached files).
- To delete your account completely, open a ticket with support; after confirmation the account information and its content are erased (except financial data kept for accounting requirements).
- Backups are automatically purged at most 30 days after deletion.
8) Your rights
- Accessing and editing your own content at any time.
- Exporting your books (including JSON) for transfer or personal keeping.
- Requesting deletion of content or of your account.
- Knowing what data is kept (through a support ticket).
9) Children
Nevispar is designed for general adult use. If a user is under 13, use must be supervised by a parent or guardian and no personally identifying information should be entered.
